To everyone who voted for us: thank you. Whether you first discovered Sammi over a basket of xiao long bao with friends or have made us part of your regular neighbourhood routine, we appreciate being part of your table.
For anyone discovering us through the results, xiao long bao are a good place to begin. These soup-filled dumplings are best enjoyed carefully: place one on your spoon, open the wrapper gently, and let the hot broth cool before taking a bite.
